01Eligibility
You must be an institutional researcher or a verified independent lab purchasing for research purposes. We do not sell to consumers.
02Account responsibilities
Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of suspected misuse.
03Ordering & acceptance
An order is an offer. We accept it when we ship. We may decline orders that don’t meet eligibility, compliance, or stock conditions.
04Pricing & payment
Prices are in USD and subject to change. Payment is due per the terms on your invoice.
05Shipping scope
US institutional addresses only. Risk transfers on carrier handoff; we package for integrity but transit damage claims go through the carrier.
06Returns tied to failed third-party testing
If you re-test a lot and the result materially differs from the COA, send us the data. We’ll review against the retained external trace and, if warranted, replace or refund.
07Acceptable use
For in-vitro research only. Not for human, veterinary, food, drug, cosmetic, or household use. You are responsible for safe handling, storage, and compliant use under applicable law.
08Research Use Only restriction
A binding restriction. Violation terminates your account and may be reported to relevant authorities.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected order. We disclaim consequential damages.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
11Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced; continued use constitutes acceptance.
