Account details you give us — name, organization, institutional email, shipping address. Order history. Communications you send. Standard server logs (IP, timestamps, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
02What we deliberately don't
We don’t buy or enrich behavioral profiles. We don’t run third-party ad trackers on this site.
03How we use it
To verify eligibility, process orders, ship product, send required documentation, respond to your messages, and meet legal obligations.
04Eligibility verification
Because we sell research-only materials, we verify institutional affiliation before first shipment. Records of verification are retained for as long as your account exists.
05Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is scoped to staff with a need to know.
06Third-party processors
We use vetted processors for payments, shipping, and email delivery under data-processing agreements. We don’t sell your data to anyone.
07Retention
Order records: 7 years (US tax/regulatory). Account data: while the account is active, plus 24 months. Marketing email: until you opt out.
08Your rights
Access, correction, deletion — subject to legal retention requirements. Email compliance@contrarianlabs.test and we’ll respond within 30 days.
09Lawful requests
We require valid legal process before disclosing customer data and notify the customer unless prohibited.
10Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
