Packaging
Coolants where the compound demands them. Desiccants always. Argon-flushed vials are wrapped to absorb impact, not to look pretty. Temperature-sensitive lots ship with phase-change packs sized to the transit window.
On arrival
Inspect the seal. Bring the vial to room temperature before opening — condensation pulls moisture into the headspace. Log the lot ID against your internal records. Verify it on /verify if you haven’t already.
